I was delighted to be part of Select Showcase in 2015 where I exhibited with Hereford College of Art, I have since graduated and I currently run my own practice as a sculptor.
Hot metal forging coupled with contemporary art and sculpture allow Christian to adopt an organic approach when designing and making.
By using the method of hot cutting with chisel and hammer, just like Blacksmiths have always done but adapting it slightly and allowing the process itself to become the aesthetic, I have elevated it beyond its utilitarian origins.
Elizabeth Jupp Lampshades
Elizabeth creates unique, individually hand painted lampshades, inspired by a love of art and design. They can be designed and created to individual client’s needs. Once a design has been chosen the magical process begins.
The completed lampshade becomes an exclusive unique piece of art to enhance any home.

Space to walk is space to think. My work considers the disregarded landscapes, the hinterlands and edgeways that we walk past every day,
but go unnoticed and ignored. there has been a developing relationship between my walking and considering walk as creative and aesthetic practice.
My work is inspired by history, material culture and human stories, using personal and emotive subjects. I work with old cloth, hand embroidery, contemporary and traditional techniques to create exhibition pieces, installations and commissions.

Based in Glasgow, I make work in hand stitched mixed media textiles with two main animal-related themes: forms relating to urban wildlife and the fragile life it leads; and toy-inspired creatures that have the kind of personalities we create for the toys to which we become emotionally attached.
